  20. The second Workshop on Languages, Compilers, and Run-Time Environments
  21. for Distributed Memory Multiprocessors will be held at the Clarion Harvest
  22. House in Boulder, Colorado from the morning of Wed., Sept. 30 through noon
  23. on Fri, Oct. 2, 1992.  The topics that the workshop will address include:
  24. design and implementation of parallel programming languages; compiler
  25. optimizations to expose or enhance parallelism; support for regular and
  26. irregular data parallel computations; and experience with applying parallel
  27. programming languages and techniques to applications.

  29. To preserve the workshop nature of the meeting, attendance is being limited
  30. to approximately 100 persons.  Currently there are a small number of
  31. places left.  Anyone still wishing to register is encouraged to do so
  32. as soon as possible, by filling out the registration material below.

  34. The tentative program for the workshop is given below.
  35. Each 90 minute session will consist of two approximately 25-30 minute talks, 
  36. with the remainder of the time for discussion.

  163.   A banquet will be held at the Gold Hill Inn in Gold Hill, Colorado, on
  164. Thursday evening.  Gold Hill is a small, beautiful mountain town at about
  165. 8,200', 1/2 hour to the west of Boulder.  Transportation will be provided,
  166. the drive includes spectacular views of the mountains and plains.  The
  167. dinner is a full course meal (with wine) and choice of several entrees
  168. will be available (vegetarian upon request).
