  23. You probably don't want to do this, if it's not archived, which your
  24. instructions don't seem to imply that it is.  If you're on a UNIX machine,
  25. it should be OK, but if you're ftp'ing to anything else, doing the "TYPE I"
  26. will make the transferred file garbage.
