  10. I have plans to start a BBS on an IBM-PC compatible that must have access
  11. both through MODEM and through the network using TCP/IP.  Can some one 
  12. suggest a BBS program that would be able to do this?  In case there are
  13. several out there, could you specify the best one? I would of course prefer it 
  14. public domain but comercial is OK too.
