  20.     PCIGC 3.9 is now available by anonymous ftp from ftp.u.washington.edu.
  21. This version incorporates most of the updates to the unix igc .52 including 
  22. peek, who sorting, games with m6, komi and handicap displays etc. PCIGC 3.9 
  23. also includes a setup menu and automatically generated configuration files.
  24. (Set the options once and they will stay the same next time you run PCIGC.)
  25. The file pcigc39z.exe is a self-extracting zip file that will create the 
  26. executable and documentation files. PCIGC has been compiled to be run on XT 
  27. machines as well as later models. To use the graphic displays you need an EGA 
  28. or VGA monitor. You can use a Microsoft mouse to play with.
