  14. I need to get some information on the digital noise levels on the
  15. power and ground pins of busy processors like the 486 or SPARC chips.
  16. Does anybody have typical values for something like that?  Also does
  17. anybody know if the 486 has on chip de-coupling capacitors?  If yes,
  18. what is a typical value?  Post here or email to my at lu@ece.ucsd.edu.
