  21. Try doing "Save As..." and setting the file type to text (use the options
  22. button to get at that).  This will save the values as tab delimited text.

  28. "Clear..." is used for just that, clearing fields.  "Paste Special..." can
  29. be used to paste the values only (i.e. no formulas) into another worksheet.
  30. This won't help you get into Word, unless you want to:
  31.      1) select range of interest
  32.      2) copy
  33.      3) go to a blank space or new worksheet
  34.      4) select "Paste Special..." values
  35.      5) copy
  36.      6) go to Word and paste
  37. Depending on what you're doing either this approach or the save as 
  38. approach will do the job.
