- My company has a product called RTworks that works quite well on the Indigo.
- It is a software development tool that has a client/server architecture that
- is designed for developing applications for real-time analysis, interpretation
- and display of data. One of the clients is an expert shell that supports
- backward and forward chaining, object oriented programing with multiple
- inheritance, focusing on a subset of rules, priorities and many other
- capabilities. The performance has been benchmarked at 10,000 rules per second
- on a SPARC 2 platform. It is an open architecture and can be extended with
- your own C code or imbedded in other applications.
-
- The other clients are a data acquisition module and a human computer interface
- that provides a point and click environment. The server module provides inter-
- process messaging and data passing. Clients can be purchased seperately.
