  23.      I am presently in job market with neural-net
  24. hardware design background.  This field being limited to
  25. research territories, I am having a problem finding
  26. suitable employment that will justify my experience and
  27. interest.  Following is the quick summery of my research
  28. background.
  29.  
  30.      Currently I am working as a analog neural-net IC
  31. designer at Naval Command, Control and Ocean Surveillance
  32. Center (NRaD), San Diego.  We develop neural network
  33. algorithms that suit our applications and our hardware.
  34. Currently we are implementing olfactory neural algorithm
  35. in bulk CMOS analog integrated circuitry.  My work at
  36. NRaD involves design of integrated circuits, SPICE
  37. simulations, layouts, and testing of neural network
  38. building blocks.  We are also developing the floating
  39. gate-memory in standard CMOS process which takes
  40. advantage of mask geometries to cause field enhanced
  41. Fowler-Northeim tunneling of the electrons at relatively
  42. low programming voltages.
