  13. In their 1989 paper "A Learning Algorithm for Continually Running Fully 
  14. Recurrent Neural Networks", Williams & Zipser make reference to an
  15. article which gives a more complete description of their simulations
  16. and results. It was a yet to be published article in "Connection Science".

  18. Does anyone have a copy of that article? Was it ever published? Our
  19. library only has copies of that journal dating back to 1990 and I need
  20. their results for a paper I'm writing.
