  15.     A few weeks ago, someone posted a blurb about a paper by a statistician
  16. who compared applying neural-nets to some statistical methods available via
  17. anonymous ftp.  I wrote down the pointer and subsequently misplaced it.  Could
  18. someone kindly direct me back there.  Responses via e-mail or by posting to the
  19. net are fine.
