  20. I *might* be concerned about alumni using university resources for corporate
  21. purposes.

  23. Some vendors stipulate 'educational use only' when they donate equipment
  24. and/or software.  If alumni start doing research for their employers on
  25. university equipment, you might run into some problems.....

  27. I would think that a simple 'no commercial use' agreement with the alumnus
  28. would eliminate such problems......
