- I *might* be concerned about alumni using university resources for corporate
- purposes.

- Some vendors stipulate 'educational use only' when they donate equipment
- and/or software. If alumni start doing research for their employers on
- university equipment, you might run into some problems.....

- I would think that a simple 'no commercial use' agreement with the alumnus
- would eliminate such problems......
