- for comparison of straight lines look at any decent text on multivariate
- regression and the use of dummy variables, e.g.
- kleinbaum&kupper applied regression analysis or netter & wasserman apllied
- linear statistical models.

- for non-linear models, I am not sure, but I'd try to extend the same logic.
- This is no problem if you have access to SAS or a similar package.
