  28. Please forgive my assumption that everyone reading my SAS-L posting
  29. on the Observations article about transporting SAS files would know
  30. what "Observations" is.  "Observations" is "the Technical Journal
  31. for SAS Software Users" produced by SAS Institute.  Mike Kalt is the
  32. Technical Editor and Judy Whatley the Managing Editor.

  34. The first issue premiered 4th quarter 1991: issues are published quarterly.
  35. Subscription information inside Observations prices subscriptions at
  36. $49 per year and single copies at $15.  To quote SI, "International
  37. customers should contact their local SAS Institute office".

  39. From the quality and diversity of articles in the 4 issues published to
  40. date, IMHO it's well worth the $49.
