- To get an approximately correct answer. After all, the
- value 365.25 is just an average. It's either 365 or 366,
- and SAS date values *should* be integers.

- The collection of date and time functions, formats, and
- informats provided by SAS is pretty extensive and versatile.
- I suggest working with these tools wherever possible.
