  13. As old timers on the list may recall, Nb used to be a supported program in Ohio
  14. State's college of humanities.  Now we have a network and an attempt to dictate
  15. how we interact with a central office and a "big" computer.  So a bunch of us 
  16. are still mavericks and refuse to use the "approved" software in favor of NB, 
  17. simply because it--and not the network--meet the needs of scholars who are text
  18. oriented.  A bunch of us have simply refused to knuckle under and switch.
