  23. Yes, this is a known bug in the NB editor through 3.1.  Remember the
  24. editor for NB was written by XyQuest before hard drives with
  25. partitions larger than 32 megs were possible under DOS.  Partitions
  26. larger than 32 megs confuse this function of NB.  The bug is fixed in
  27. NB4 (at least it works properly by reporting 49 megs free on my 230
  28. meg HPFS partition--which is above and beyond the call of duty in some
  29. respects because it isn't even formatted FAT).
