  13. I think NBI has been incompetently managed, sloppily organized,
  14. incommunicative, scattered brained, insensitive, but I don't think they are
  15. "dishonest" or guilty of moral turpitude. That they are a financial scam, as
  16. some here would suggest, fails to appreciate that they don't really have either
  17. the fiscal acumen or the organization of an Ivan Bosky (sp). Let's just get a
  18. working product and then whatever...
