- A month or so ago someone offered to write a letter of concern to NBI, and
- give others the chance to sign it. I suggest that Cliff's ideas form the basis
- of a diplomatic, fundamentally supportive, yet firm and no-nonsense letter
- of concern to NBI. Suggested process:
- 1. Someone posts a rough draft.
- 2. One week is allowed for comments and discussion on-forum.
- 3. The original drafter posts a revised and final draft.
- 4. Forum members notify drafter, off-list if they choose, if they want
- to attach their names.
- 5. Once responses stop trickling in, drafter sends to NBI and lets the
- forum know that the letter is on the way.
- 6. We move on to other discussions, holding nothing against signers or
- non-signers.
