  16. Someone really ought to catalog the number of weeks _in a row_ NBI has
  17. said either "this week" or "next week," complete w/ "its the manuals"
  18. "its the labels" etc. ad nauseum.  If it wasn't (weren't?) such a good
  19. code, such juvenile, and really, unprofessional and offensive practices
  20. would be intolerable.  It's not cute: NBI should act like a business,
  21. even given the lax standards re vaporware and its near cousins.
  22. Our check most definitely _was_ in the mail, w/o such nonsense.
