- Actually, I would be happy if they got on either BITNET or Internet,
- as long as they have a fully configured listserv and possibly FTP
- Of the two, I prefer bitnet since I don't usually have to remove 3
- screens of routing info before processing an item. and speaking as
- postmast - of the problems I've seen over the last 6 months,
- 1 percent were on bitnet, 99 percent on internet ( your experience
- may vary .... )

- the idea of putting each product/level as a separate list would
- keep the 'index' for each list manageable in size and avoid confusion

- If SCI is hung up on limiting access to customers only, they can set
- the lists up private/confidential so they don't appear on any listserv
- menus/directories and provide an id to which we can send sub/unsub
- requests.
