  23. The COLORADO-UMIAMI link was restored 27 Aug and the UMIAMI-BARRYU
  24. link was restored 29 Aug.   We are still having problems restoring
  25. the UMIAMI-UMMDMR link and are working on restoring this link as soon
  26. as possible.

  28. The link to ECUAFUN is to as best my knowlege through a satellite center
  29. near Homestead, Florida and was pretty extensively damaged.  Last news
  30. was that they were coming close to repairing the facilities so hopefully
  31. they will be up soon.
