- I agree that as a site we should receive all jnet files bound for our
- users. I would like to see JNET use a similiar method as other programs
- do (PMDF for example) uses for delivery of mail. Mail is delivered to the
- users account with exquota. This method takes out all of the problems with
- the administrators enforcing policies. It is now the responsiblity of
- the user if they want to save the file to make arrangements to do
- so...such as deleting something else...getting more quota etc.

- Maybe if more people would complain to JNET people about this problem they
- would fix it or hire someone else to do so. :-)
