- There is only one problem: I have a procedure called PUTVMS.COM which can
- be used to help people store VMS files in VMSDUMP format on LISTSERV. The
- only way to do that is to SEND/FILE/VMSDUMP to yourself, receive in
- uninterpreted binary format, add the required headers and send off to
- LISTSERV.
