- For VM/ESA ESA and VM/XA you can get the source bookie files.
- I guess for these files one could write a bookie gml to tex translator
- to allow display on different platforms. Or ask DCF to output
- PostScript files.

- Because the bookie gml files are not available for most products, I
- assume that Steve would like the format of the book files.
