- I had hoped that someone on the net, more technically astute than I,
- would answer your questions. Perhaps they will yet. The non-technical
- answer to your "Why" is most likely that the HESC memebership has not
- expressed a requirement for OSI/FS (product number?) under HESC.
- Further, if I understand correctly, OSI/FS runs primarily in an MVS
- environment.
- If this is correct, it would be a poor HESC candidate anyway.
