  18. There are programsm called GIFFER and GIFWATCHER and a variety of other
  19. programs. Look around in some FTP sites (or I could mail it to you if you
  20. can deBinHex it).

  22. The CORAL CONVERTERS for quicktime come with a GIF extension that will let
  23. you load GIFs into their picture compression program and then it will save
  24. out in a variety of formats.
