- Ellen,
-
- I don't know if this is a question for the whole list or not, but would an
- association that exists solely for the purpose of supporting a group of schools
- qualify for this program? I work for the University of Maryland at Baltimore
- and we have been working with the American Association of Dental Schools. They
- currently have some old DEC equipment with a limited amount of software and I
- was wondering if they could be included under our CSLG agreement.
-
- The AADS is a non-profit organization that works to foster enhanced standards in
- dental schools, greater communication, etc. They receive all of their funding
- from membership fees charged to the member dental schools and, consequently,
- they have not got lots of money. This seems to me like the sort of organization
- that may or may not fit into the description of institutions you have drawn,
- depending on whether the lawyer you talk to looks at the spirit of the license
- or the letter. Any chance they fit the bill?
-
- Thanks.
