- When a demo is looking for half and half memory it is looking for it in
- a certain sequence, the half meg fast and half meg chip can't be just
- anywhere (because of the _artists_ program demos) So, since you have a
- full meg of Chip ram it wont run because it's looking for fast ram
- where the second half of your Chip ram is located. (Am I making any
- sense? :)
-
- Please don't get puffy about demoists programing in an unstandard way,
- (I'm not saying you are by any means) they don't charge anything for them
- and they do it as a form of art... An art critic wouldn't complain that
- a painting wasn't good because a blind person couldn't see it. (it's
- as good an analogy as I could think of, please don't flame :) In the same
- way, don't complain that you can't watch the demo because your system
- configuration won't allow it... at least you can go watch it on someone
- else's Amiga, the blind person still has to miss out on the painting.
