- I have had an interesting time with this demo. My system is stock
- 2000 w/ the 1 Meg agnus, a microbiotics 8-up board (added recently) w/4 meg
- of ram and a 68030 50Mhz AXEL (which I can disable with a switch). The
- problem I seem to be having is this:
-
- without the 8-up board and with the accelerator disabled the
- demo works great except for the the sine dots portion which doesn't do what
- it is supposed to because of a memory shortage (at only 1 meg chip) but
- after adding the 8 up board and it's 4 meg of 16 bit Fast Ram the sine dots
- portion works fine but when I get to the V-shaped checker board with the
- vector balls ... the vector balls never show up and the demo locks and just
- keeps playing the music (a similar occurence happened on another 2000 with
- expanded memory but the demo eventually continued, it just offset the music
- a little) anybody know what's happening?
-
- another demo that's giving me problems is the Anarchy SIB demo which
- insists that I do not have 1/2 meg fast ram & 1/2 meg chip ram (even
- though I obviously do)... any clue here either ???
