  24. Use the "50hz System" setting.  For some reason, plain old "50 hz" just won't
  25. work for me.  Bug in Degrader1.10?  I dunno.

  31. Well, PAL flicker is annoying when you have a 60hz power source and a 1080
  32. monitor as I do.  That's the reason. :)
