  13.     Does anyone out there know how to make a 2.04 system boot in
  14. PAL? Degrader doesn't seem to work. It seems that the rom keeps
  15. switching back to NTSC at boot time. If anyone out there is using
  16. Degrader V1.10, could they maybe enlighten me on how to set an NTSC
  17. system up for PAL booting? I want to do this so I can get some of
  18. these disk-based demos working. As long as they run off the HD,
  19. though, I can just use setpal on to change modes without booting up.
