- "Dr. Herta Oberhauser was a `well bred' woman with a cultured background.
- Yet she killed prisoners with oil and evipan injections, removed their limbs
- and vital organs, rubbed ground glass and sawdust into wounds. She drew a
- twenty-year sentence as a war criminal, but was released in 1952 and became
- a family doctor at Stocksee in Germany. Her license to practice medicine was
- revoked in 1960."

- "Walter Dejaco, of Reutte, a town in the Austrian Tyrol, who designed and
- constructed the Auschwitz crematoria had no trouble in continuing to fulfil
- building commissions. In 1963 he won warm praise from Bishop Rusk of
- Innsbruck for the fine Presbytery he had built..." [Abram L. Sachar]
