- I have to agree with John De Armond's mail on this subject. Of course
- Kodak is going to keep it to itself, they spent alot of time and
- money in development. Given a chance and PLENTY OF SUPPORT then
- maybe they will make Photo CD more accessable to other formats and
- hardware, but it takes time and people working together, not against
- it. Photo CD is what I have only dreamed of, yes I want to put it on
- my PC so I buy a video digitiser, all this lot cost's me less than a
- good quality colour scanner and I know my masters are all at hand and
- safer than negatives or 200 disks (you should see the state of my
- negative collection).
