- I believe that what the user needs is the PA1 key. Which for a VT100 class
- terminal (or VT200, 300, 400) would be ^P1 (Control-P followed by a 1) or
- <ESC><PF1> (Escape followed by a PF1). The key sequences are defined in
- MULTINET:MAP3270.DAT.
