  42. I don't know if it is corect that "BULLETIN requires the message be
  43. addressed to the user or it will not extract it from the mail file" but
  44. I use the simpler mechanism of a bulletin channel to feed mail for a
  45. pseudo user on our vax directly into a bulletin folder via the pmdf
  46. alias file.  Details on request [but documented in the Bulletin files].
