- I have been experimenting with the listserver software provided with
- PMDF4.1-10. I set up a list using the procedure described in the manual.

- When I issue the command: SUB TEST-L somebodyelse@cgnet.com
- and "somebodyelse" is not the userid that I'm sending the request from,
- the Welcome message gets automatically sent TO MY ACCOUNT and
- NOT TO SOMEBODYELSE. The subcription confirmation, however, does
- get sent to both addresses.
