  11. Well, it *is* possible to attach a file to VMS Mail using an undocumented
  12. hook.  You could "starbust" the incoming MIME message into pieces that have
  13. the appropriate file attached.  When the user receives the message, he is
  14. prompted to extract the file.

  16. I'd probably not lose any sleep on this until the RFC becomes a recommended
  17. standard.
