- Andy, you are right. Most people equate deadly force as "commonly used as
- deadly force", which is not the legal definition--which is closer to "force
- which, as used, could have been deadly."

- Most people don't realize "criminal tools" not only apples to lockpicks and
- such, but every item used in the comission of a crime. You open a door with a
- credit card, the credit card is a criminal tools. Break a window with a golf
- club so you can get in, and that 9-iron is a criminal tool.
