  31. Andy, you are right. Most people equate deadly force as "commonly used as
  32. deadly force", which is not the legal definition--which is closer to "force
  33. which, as used, could have been deadly."

  35. Most people don't realize "criminal tools" not only apples to lockpicks and
  36. such, but every item used in the comission of a crime. You open a door with a
  37. credit card, the credit card is a criminal tools. Break a window with a golf
  38. club so you can get in, and that 9-iron is a criminal tool.
