- Adding your "opinion" does NOT relieve you of slander liability. We all KNOW the
- other person is expressing an opinion* even if they do not say "In my
- opinion..." Therefore, adding the qualifier does nothing as far as the court is
- concerned.

- * The exception to tthis rule is where people are qulified to make assesments
- of mental capacity, then add ing their opinion does relieve them of some
- liability if they are wrong.
