  20. What does this sentence prove?  The USSR was never socialist in
  21. the way that France and Britain and the US are.  I do not deny
  22. thay Russia fell, nor do I deny the reasons it fell, but it does
  23. not shed any light at all on why capitalism seems to ALWAYS abandon
  24. the free market and march down the road to socialism.
