  19. They are great for cleaning the heads of 1/4" tape decks, and also for the
  20. 2" decks.  Unfortunately they aren't much good for 8mm decks, 4mm decks, or
  21. most video decks because the heads are so small and the cotton gets caught
  22. around the end (but they are okay for 2" quadrature scan video decks, which
  23. have a greater tilt to the drum and much larger heads).
