  11. Last year I ended up not going to Eastern Europe, so nobody got any
  12. postcards.

  14. This year, I am *definitely* going on holiday, on Tuesday morning in fact.
  15. I'll be visiting Paris (briefly), Pisa, Rome, Florence, Luxembourg and
  16. Brussels.  I'll also probably have my passport checked in Switzerland, but
  17. I'm not planning to get off the train there.

  20. heard of you is a necessary but not sufficient condition for your receiving a
  21. postcard.  Send me your address even if you've sent it before, as I've almost
