  35. The quote is entirely sp[eculative, as you well know, and flies
  36. in the face of the facts, such as explicit statements in the
  37. relevant cases that the states may regulate third trimester
  38. abortions, such as the fact that abortions are not obtained in
  39. the fashion suggested, and such as the fact that numerous states
  40. have laws which regulate or prohibit abortions in the third
  41. trimester except under specified circumstances of threat to the
  42. life of the pregnant woman.  That a Georgetown law professor
  43. can make an argument that flies in the face of the facts
  44. convincing merely demonstrates that he is clever.  You have
  45. demonstrated that you will not let facts get in the way of
  46. your agenda.
