  19. I wrote "3rd trimester (post-viability)" meaning that an abortion performed
  20. in the 3rd trimester is a post-viability abortion.  60 Minutes stated
  21. 3rd trimester and I added the comment "(post-viability)" for those that
  22. may not have realized that such abortions are post-viability abortions.
  23. I'm sorry if the addition created confusion.

  26. perform 3rd trimester abortions, remains.
