  35. I haven't seen the `Value of a Man' post. I *have* seen the `famous
  36. violinist' post, and I thought it was pretty bizarre, and not a
  37. terribly useful analogy for use in the abortion debate. It was nowhere
  38. near as bizarre as `The Red Button Scenario' which was TOH-tally
  39. wonderful.

  43.     1. I brazenly continue to ridicule Steven Arnold's `Red Button
  44.        Scenario' as bizarre, irrational, and knee-slappingly
  45.        funny. I want Paul Reubens to play the man in the cage,
  46.        Sandra Bernhardt to play the woman with the button, Tony
  47.        Randall to play the rapist, Tim Burton to direct, and Danny
  48.        Elfman to do the score.

  50.     2. I hereby announce my contention that the `famous violinist'
  51.        post I am familiar with is more than a little bizarre and,
  52.        as such, not a very useful analogy.

  54.     3. When I see the `Value of a Man' reposted, I'll decide
  55.        whether to ridicule it or not at my convenience. My
  56.        opinions are generally available for the asking, and
  57.        usually without a fee.

  59. And, no, Mr. Holtsinger, to ridicule Mr. Arnold's Red Button Scenario,
  60. yet remain innocent on the charge of hypocrisy, I need only refrain
  61. from haranguing him about needless levity on such a serious subject as
  62. abortion rights.
