  48. laws and that it was understood that this part was the one specified.

  73. Yes I did. That was the whole theme of my post. Let me CLARIFY things:

  75. Adult/child sex (this is getting ridiculous - I and the vast majority
  76. of Americans would never let this happen to their kids even *if* they
  77. "consented" - but then again, I am in the majority opinion on this, so
  78. what importance do *we* have in the world?) is legal in Florida if
  79. consent is given. 
  80. Judge Lockett did not say, "But only in the cases that I tried, is it
  81. legal." He simply said, "It is legal. Laws against it are
  82. unconstitutional."

  84. Would you, Larry Margolis, care to address this directly, rather than
  85. weaseling over to statutory rape laws concerning subjects outside of
  86. what I originally said: adults messing around with kids.
