  14. The thread about local BBS access, etc. got me wondering about low-cost
  15. Internet access for simple things like email and USENET. I'm aware of
  16. the Dial-n-Cerf program sponsored by CERFnet, but is there something
  17. even better (cheaper? :-). Specifically, I'm trying to find a way for my
  18. dad (currently unemployed, thanks Rockwell) to get Internet access from
  19. southern Orange County so we can exchange mail and he can have access
  20. to misc.jobs.whatever. Any suggestions welcome!
