  15. We apply   to everybody  who  is   interested in future  Russian
  16. science; who would like to assist it to integrate  in  the World
  17. science society.

  19. We  need  information  about Foundations and other organizations
  20. those   are   interested   in    attraction    russian   science
  21. organizations into a science research but also about  conditions
  22. of participation russian  scientists  in  this projects. Besides
  23. we would like to know about questions of finance.
