- Current "NASA" philosophy is... pending fixing the problems with
- TSS-1, flying TSS-2 in about 2 years. Other Tether flights will be on-hold
- until we validate the "science" behind the system (which TSS-1 WAS supposed to
- do, but was unable to.)
