  28. Sure. It was achieved with 9 flights in 85. This rate strained the
  29. Shuttle processing system and ended with Chalenger. Since then they
  30. highest rate achieved was 6 per year in 90 and 91.

  33. fly 7 or 8.

  38. Sure. Another use would be to fly it to New York and use it for low
  39. income housing. However, I don't think that would be a cost effective
  40. use for the Shuttle.

  49. on Mir, it would be cheaper for me to charter my own private 747 and
  50. fly it to the CIS for launch. Hell, for the cost of a Shuttle flight,
  51. I don't need to chater the 747, I can simply BUY it and still save 
  52. millions.
